Anne Hill
Anne started out in industrial property management as a personal assistant who then took on a bookkeeping role. She worked for a powder coating company for several years doing bookkeeping and then moved back to property management again in 2010.
When not working Anne loves motorsports (especially F1), Rugby, going to see live bands and reading.
Dhivanee Nayagar
(Accountant)
With over a decade of experience as a property accountant, Dhivanee brings a deep understanding of the property industry and finance sectors, combining technical expertise with a passion for precision and detail. Her career has been built on dedication, integrity, and a consistent drive to deliver high-quality work in every aspect of property accounting.
Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife and mom to a vibrant 6-year-old boy who keeps life joyful and full of energy. Her home would not be complete without their beloved miniature Schnauzer, who is every bit a part of the family as anyone else.
You will often find Dhivanee in the kitchen cooking up flavourful Indian dishes or diving into her passion for interior design, finding creative ways to make her home both beautiful and inviting.
Donovan Pelser
(Cash Officer Manager)
Having started his career in the property management industry close to 10 years ago, Donovan has gained a lot of exposure and experience in the financial side of the business whilst enjoying the day-to-day workings of community schemes.
In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching rugby!
Elwin Els
(Director)
Elwin is a qualified and admitted attorney having started his career as a clerk and later, professional associate at the law firm of Aucamp & Cronje attorneys in Gauteng.
During his tenure in practice, he specialised in debt collection and specifically in communal living litigious matters. In 2014 he joined Trafalgar Property Management as National Debt Collection Manager overseeing all collection functions nationally, and later as Sectional Title manager overseeing both the Gauteng and Western Cape operations comprising of 4 offices in the respective regions.
ZenTeq was formed and founded by Elwin, during the covid pandemic and was birthed out of the need to change way in which property management was traditionally done. It offers professional and holistic support to managing agents and is a fresh take on the industry.
He enjoys the outdoors, motorcycles, dislikes apathy and lack of pride in one’s work, his hobbies include Ju Jitsu and fishing. He is passionate about his family.
Lazelle Blom
(Accountant)
Lazelle is a dynamic individual who is passionate about numbers and people.
With over 14 years of experience in Finance, she has proven to be highly skilled and driven. Her ability to easily connect with people allows for effective stakeholder management and fosters collaboration within a Team.
As an Accountant, Lazelle not only brings with her precision but a thriving life perspective, making her an unstoppable force and a prized asset to any organisation.
Lee-Ann Redding
(Debt Collector)
Lee-Ann is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over five years of experience in sectional title management and debt collection. With a strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and related legislation, Lee-Ann brings a wealth of knowledge in levy recovery, dispute resolution, and client communication.
Known for a proactive approach and attention to detail, Lee-Ann has successfully managed complex portfolios, ensuring compliance, transparency, and effective collection strategies. She is highly skilled in liaising with trustees, attorneys, and owners, always striving to find practical and fair solutions that support both the financial health of the body corporate and the interests of its members.
Lee-Ann continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity while remaining passionate about improving community living and maintaining strong administrative practices within sectional title schemes.
Michael Schaefer
(Director)
Michael brings over two decades of leadership experience in property and financial services, having founded ZDFin in 2020 following an eighteen-year tenure as Executive Director of a prominent national managing agent.
Under his guidance, ZDFin expanded rapidly, offering a robust suite of financial products and executive managing agent services. The firm’s success is rooted in Michael’s deep operational insight and the team’s hands-on expertise—setting a benchmark for excellence in the sector.
Known for his energy, strategic vision, and genuine passion for the industry, Michael also offers ZenTeq a fresh and forward-thinking perspective. His commitment to innovation and collaboration continues to shape the future of property and financial management across South Africa.
Shahiem Carr
(Director)
Shahiem has in excess of 30 years’ property management experience.
He has an incredible success story, his property journey started at the very grassroots level, in the mail and dispatch department of a national property management company and recently ending as its Operational Director, some 30 years later. Known for his contagious enthusiasm for the industry and electric energy, Shahiem brings invaluable experience and capacity to the team as an almost complete package.
